This gym is a family. There is nothing but respect and support flowing through the community. I have never been to a gym where I have felt more safe and un-judged. I've been working out here for about 3 months, and I managed to put on 20 lbs of lean mass and drop 2.5% body fat, going from 6.5 to 4%. The staff is super friendly and very encouraging, and they show great respect to everyone that comes through the door. The only thing that makes me leave at the end of my workout is that they don't have a kitchen.
